We are proud to share our jewelry globally. International orders are handled with specialized care and shipped via premium couriers. Delivery times range from 7 to 14 days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Every shipment from Kii Kii is fully insured for its total value. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your jewelry's journey from our hands to yours.
Return Guidelines
Your satisfaction is essential to our craft. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all standard collection items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Exchanges & Credit
Exchanges are facilitated for sizing adjustments or provided as store credit. Please reach out to our studio with your order number to initiate the process. For international orders, shipping costs and any associated customs duties are non-refundable.

Handmade jewelry requires careful handling to maintain its luster. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. When not in use, store each piece individually in its provided pouch in a cool, dry place to prevent tarnishing and metal-on-metal scratching.
